This is the Rank and Membership Badge of the DOJO-Academy of Martial Arts. It is only given to Black Belt members of the Martial Arts Academy. The five figures represent the Five Elements from which all things are manifest. The Kneeling figure in the foreground represents the spiritual and mental aspects of the martial arts, the calmness of the warrior in battle, and respect for himself and others. The Punching figure represents the fist, the force and power of the martial arts as well as the responsibility that go with such power. The Background figures represent the great variety of styles and systems of martial arts, from boxing to grappling to Tai Chi Chuan. He Fifth figure is yourself, the martial artist who wears this badge and sets a good example for all.
