He began training in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu under Sensei Richard Elizondo. As well as Soke Ashida Kim of the Koga Hai Lung Ryu and Sensei Rudolfo Turolla of the Koka Tenryu. Sensei Turolla’s teacher Master Shurichiro Yunoki also had a strong influence on Sensei Jeremy Schmidt. They taught him the most important lesson about Ninjutsu, that one has to search within oneself to find his own truth.
Given here are the tricks and techniques used to develop the techniques of stealth and infiltration for political control in feudal Japan.
These techniques are the hallmark of Ninja stealth and invisibility. Like all such methods, they must be practiced hundreds of times to be executed with fluidity, strength, and precision.
In 2009, Sensei Jeremy Schmidt was awarded the title 5th Dan by Grandmaster Kim and the title of U.S. representative of the Toushinkai school of Koka Ryu Ninjutsu from Sensei Turolla. Sensei Schmdt also holds a 5th Dan in Tai Jin Bugei Ryu Ninjutsu under Kyoshi Mathew Taylor, which is a secret sect not taught to the public.
